THE CLIENT BRIEF
The Universal Fire & Security website was dated in terms of design and information. The directors wanted to raise their online presence to a level that surpassed their competitors. Visually, the site needed to engage the user immediately and also provide a host of resources.
The website needed to be able to store video content, certifications and how to guides for the viewing public. Previously these were sent out via email to individual customers. Having an updatable portal would be a gamechanger for the company.
