Stonehouse Podiatry, based in Devon, is a specialist in biomechanics and custom insole manufacturing, with a strong focus on musculoskeletal issues alongside general podiatry services.
The Director approached us to completely overhaul their outdated and inefficient website. The goal was to create a fresh, modern, and vibrant online presence that clearly showcased the three core areas of the business. A key requirement was to streamline the patient intake process by replacing manual, emailed medical forms with a fully integrated online solution, saving both time and admin effort. TECHNICAL APPROACH & DELIVERABLES
Although the site was relatively straightforward, we applied our structured design process to ensure clarity and client satisfaction at every stage. Mock-ups and design briefs guided the visual direction, while technical elements—particularly the online medical forms—were thoroughly tested to guarantee smooth performance.
Given the transfer of sensitive data, we implemented an SSL certificate as standard. The site is hosted on our dedicated servers, giving us full control over performance, bandwidth, and security—ensuring reliability and peace of mind for both the client and their patients.
