SmallPDF
SmallPDF is a great little utility software. No need to download or install anything as it’s cloud based. Ever received a PDF document and you needed to split it or merge it with another PDF? How about converting a Word document, PowerPoint slide, Excel spreadsheet or JPG to a PDF?
All is possible with SmallPDF. I have used the free version for over a year and found it fast and reliable. There is a paid version costing about $6 if you really like it. You simply upload your file or drag and drop it into the main screen. You then choose what you want to do (convert, split, merge, rotate, compress etc.) and away you go, let SmallPDF do the rest.

Stuck for a few Social Media graphics or want to create your own? With Canva, you can create graphics for almost any purpose.
Every time we recommend Canva to any of our clients they are always impressed with how easy it is to create their own graphics.

Password Generator
At DM Informatics we recommend at least 18 character length passwords with a combination of upper and lower case, numbers and special characters.
We use this handy little utilty from security experts Symantec to auto generate all the passwords for our systems and our clients.
Click the number of characters required, select how many passwords you want to generate and tick the ‘generate password’ button and that’s it.
